Cross Hairs not an option on Portal Anymore??

Noticed on the last update that they took out the option for Cross Hairs OFF! Is this permanent or is it just a glitch??? Used to be under the "User Interface Tab"

    1. Noticed the crosshairs were not an option in Porta  in the last update. Is it permanent or just a glitch??
