Summarize your bug Since I have purchased this game, I have been unable to play with my friends that play on Xbox. Due to this, I stopped playing. Today, we all tried again, and we cannot add each other to friends, nor can we play.

What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I try to play with them.
What should be happening instead? We should be able to play. I have seen youtube videos where people can add each other.

You need to add them under EA friends in the game. Go to invitations and look for them there, add them and the send them invites.
