GPU Hang Detected

I've had this issue on/off with 2042 since launch. Sometimes once the main menu loads (where it shows your character in 3D) the game will freeze. Sometimes I'll get an error like below, sometimes not. Sometimes this happens when I'm alt tabbed out of the game. 
I've been building my own PCs and using them for 30yrs. I've covered all the basics. Drivers, updates, disabling overlays and BG apps, etc etc. I've tried playing on low settings (even though ultra is 144fps+), still, this can happen. My new PC is only 6 months old. It's a Ryzen 9800X3D and a PNY RTX 5080. I have 64GB 6000mhz ram, and the game is installed to a healthy M.2 drive.

I only have issues with 2042, no other games (including all of the currently available Battlefield games, including the BF6 beta). This issue ONLY happens in 2042. Sometimes when I do get an error, it's GPU hang. Sometimes it's some other issue. Everything everyone suggests is always stuff I've always tried. Please, DICE or EA or whomever, needs to look into this.
