crossplay not working xbox to ps5
Crossplay is not working between my xBox Series X and friends PS4 or PS5. I have gone through all the scenarios,
- Make sure the player your trying to find isn't blocked
- You haven't disabled your Gamertag from searching
- Make sure your account is searchable
Still NOTHING! Please fix this.
I was able to see one of my friends when he's on PS5 mode, but not PS4 and another friend I can't find on PS5 at all.
Any advice?
Hi @14superED You can find information about Gen 4 and Gen 5 for Xbox below. (under "I own both the xbox series X|S and xbox one versions of a game")
Some dual-generation games have visibly different box art or game names for each version, but some may look very similar. Here are two simple ways to identify them:- Go to My games & apps > Games and select Group by console type. The Xbox Series X|S version is listed under Optimized for Xbox Series X|S and the Xbox One version is listed under Xbox One games.
- Go to My games & apps > Games, select the filter and choose All Console types. Set the filter to Optimized for Xbox Series X|S games to find the Xbox Series X|S version, and then set it to Xbox One games to find the Xbox One version.
