Hey everyone, I have poked our teams on the issue.
A quick question what game mode are you trying to do it in? Also can you try over the weekend and see how tits working would help a lot if you can note down when you are trying.

Matchmaking always fails to put me into a game.
I click any game mode including conquest 128, breakthrough 128, conquest 64, or breakthrough 64. It then matches me with 3 other players and puts us into a squad, but we never then load into a game. We sit at the waiting screen for 5-10 minutes and nothing happens.
Is this long queue times? Is this a bug? The UI does not provide any useful information regarding what I should expect as a player or what the game is attempting to do.
Twice now I have spent a cumulative total of 30 minutes waiting in queues and have been unable to join a game.
Is this a known issue? I don't know how to troubleshoot this, but I do know that my $80 game seems to be unplayable just two months after launch and that is unacceptable.
What can I do here to solve this, if it's even an issue on my end? What queues should I join if I want to minimize my waiting time? Are average queue times published by region?
I've done all of the obvious troubleshooting on my end and I'm 99% certain this is a dead game/bad matchmaking problem, but how can I prove that?
