For a while now my rewards for upgrades aren't showing up in loadout and I can't customize anything... anybody got a fix? Pretty frustrating to say the least. I've tried ea support and some ai generated "fixes" none of which has worked. I'm on an X Box 6 console and am at a level 72 in the game. Don't remember what level the problem started at. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey, I recommend Uninstall game and it's files with Revo uninstaller and install it again it will fix your issue also please consider backup and restore your data so u don't need download data again and also repair game from EA App. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

i can confirm this issue as i level up and maximize more unused weapons!
since a few days weapon attachments have not been unlocked, but should. does not even show unlocks in mid-game, and in the armory to customize weapons, attachments are greyed-out even by exceeding unlocking achievements ..
for now, i need to keep offline for about 5~10 minutes, then to reload back into game to receive unlocked attachments 'unnoticed' ...
if i had to guess, database and cloud-sync do not work properly or in 'real-time' since a few days
and if i think back a bit farther to remember, this issue might have started when OP opened this thread about 3 weeks ago already as i had tried to quickly unlock some stuff solo against AI . . .
only player rank-ups and weapon tier pins are instantly granted as usually

after about 3 hours, i just lost connection to EA server. upon relogin, all attachments have been unlocked and even showed up on screen. thank you.
