Device Crashes while only playing BF2042.

While I playing BF2042, my device crashes not showing any BSOD mesage but it creates minidump file. This problem only while playing 2042 not other games. I could not fix it even fresh install windows. I run tests like Memtest86 and intel cpu test tool. Can someone help me with that. I uploaded a photo. İt is about the crash. Game frezes like this and then device restarts itself.

Minidump file: it says that problem is BF2042 ====> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oK7wFwVRNqUTRiVE8-uFwiGrFWXZpnYH/view?usp=sharing

I dont think so because the only problem is the battlefield 2042. Other games are not causes BSOD. I also tested with aida 64 stress test and no BSOD for 1 hour test.

@Rokebo73 I did everything on EA_Barry message. Now I disabled mux switch. for now no bsod. But i ll try with Mux switch again to check it is the problem. My laptop temps were GPU: 74 degrees and CPU: 87 Degrees stable. İ got %100 cpu usage with season 3 i ll try that too.
  • I am also having BSOD issues with this game.  It started freezing when the Liquidators event came out and i stopped playing.  When season 3 came out i figured id give it another shot (has since done a fresh Windows install) And it continued to freeze my whole PC until an eventual BSOD.  I struggled for 7 days to rectify the issue running sfc scans, DISM commands, memory tests, 2 fresh Windows installs, BIOS update and all came back ok.  I got a little luck turning my XMP profile to auto but it again froze my PC (no BSOD though)  I gave it one final try a few days ago with XMP completely disabled and was able to play for over an hour without a problem.  I just dont understand what the issue is?  I have been playing this game since launch without ever crashing and my PC is not the problem.

@OzziKi Still no BSOD My recommendation is Reset your BIOS settings and then if you use any undervolt program disable it.
