Im guessing you are saying to go into Bios and lower the core speeds to 5400.00 mhz?
Still just wondering why would the core speed affect the game.

@Hadrielo Yes you have the same CPU as I do , this is the only fix , it's an intel issue with UnrealEngine 5 , you will encounter this issue if you run Lords of the Fallen , Remnant 2 , Battlefield 2042 , The Finals.
You can either use the xtu utility or do it manually from bios if you ever want to play new titles that come out with UE5 support or Battlefield 2042. good luck.
