Issue has been present since the beta. I get the same error as OP saying I removed my GPU or updated driver which I did neither of. This is the only game it happens on. I got early access and I feel like im being cheated out of the early week over this. Everything is updated. Tested before updates and after. Win 10 latest version and AMD driver as well.
