I am sorry If I was not clear enough. This is not: " Fantastical reasoning. " I am not here to argue with anyone. The point I am trying to make is that the OFFICIAL documentation clearly states ONLY: " Windows 10x64 ". That is it. Nothing more. They have indicated to the customer that if you have Windows 10 and it is the 64bit version that is all you need. This. Is. NOT. TRUE.
As you clearly state: " D3D12 was split into core and loader (d3d12core, d3d12) in an update for 1909... " E.A. / Dice DO NOT specify that you have to have 1909 or greater. Or any version for that matter. Hence the attached screenshots. The ability to utilize Agility is dependent on specific versions of Windows. You yourself made this clear. If you have an older version of Windows 10 x64 that cannot utilize the benefits of Agility the application will not work.
I will not refrain from telling people about the errors, bugs and outright lies being told to them.

If you aren't on 1909 or later at this point in time, you the user are at fault.

I upgraded from Windows 10 LTSC (10.0, Build 17763) (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434) to the new LTSC 21H2 that just came out yesterday/today.
Now I'm on Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 (10.0, Build 19044) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406) and everything works flawlessly.
I assume that EA/DICE just decided to make some older builds unable to play the game for launch, even if the old builds worked without issues for beta.

Nothing exists that works on 160x but not 200x
