I upgraded from Windows 10 LTSC (10.0, Build 17763) (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434) to the new LTSC 21H2 that just came out yesterday/today.
Now I'm on Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 (10.0, Build 19044) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406) and everything works flawlessly.
I assume that EA/DICE just decided to make some older builds unable to play the game for launch, even if the old builds worked without issues for beta.

Agility sdk enables newer debugging features, as well as guarantees access to Shader Model 6.6 and Feature Level 12.2 capabilities such as sampler feedback and DXR 1.1, mesh shaders and wave sizes more compatible with the RDNA2 architecture (a few of which are exposed by DX12 Ultimate)
