Also having the issue for the last few weeks:
I have done everything from Complete DDU driver wipe, regedit, game uninstall and reinstall, directx updates.
Nothing works. It's highly frustrating.

Damn, it's like you walked right up to that line where you would understand that I went to some absurdly desperate measures to try and make this work.
And then just kind of tripped before stepping over it.
But in case anyone else was wanting to try it; yes AMD has it's own cleanup tool that completely wipes the drivers and Adrenaline software from your PC.

DDU did find a really old Nvidia remnant that had been hanging around for some reason though so that was nice.
