DirectX Error D3D12 Create Device

Hello I keep getting this nasty error from Directx.

I bought battlefield 3 days ago, first i managed to launch it but I kept getting freezes so i decided to update all drivers(have not updated drivers in a while). After I updated using Official AMD website + Iobit Driver I started to get this issue.

I reinstalled the game

Check integrity of files on steam

Run a system diag which found 0 errors.

Drivers are all updated.
