DirectX Error Dx12Renderer waitOnSwapChain Gpu timeout detected

I get the crash, normally near the end of the game, Alt-Tab does not factor in with mine. The error message is shown in the attached file. I am running a RTX 3080 and only got the problem after I installed the latest drive from NVidia, 496.76. After a lot of hassle I was able to roll back the driver to an earlier version but I still get the crashes. While it is being reported as a GPU error I am pretty sure it is the game that is causing the crash. Note to self, do not install new drivers from NVidia on the day they are released
