DirectX Error when launching game

    @MissJemmax 

    That is a less common DirctX error, check if starting your launcher (Origin, Steam etc) by right clicking it and then choosing Run as an Administrator has an effect here.

I saw a solution online that worked for me.  It said to find the location of the installed EA games folder  - in my case it was C:\program files\EA Games\[Game name]\

Search under that folder for dbghelp.dll.    I found two instances.  The directions said to delete the file.   I decided to create a backup folder, and moved the file to there.

Then launch EA games .. and it worked fine.  Once.  Then for some reason it had created the same file.  I deleted it again, and it worked fine again.
