DirectX error when loading maps

Getting a DirectX error when loading maps.
13900k
asus z790 prime-a wifi

t-group 6400mhz 2x16GB
asus strix 3090

Had no issues when I was running a 9900k, seems to be a common issue with people running the 13900k. I have a custom watercooling loop, and temps are well under control. Upper 50s lower 60s while playing games. Mid 80s while running cinebench. All other games run fine and stable. I have tried repairing the game, reinstalling drivers, rolling back drivers, reinstalling the game, reinstalling EA app, deleting game cache in Documents.

Oh I know there's nothing wrong with my computer. The goal is to convince the support people of that so they will pass the error along to the dev team to get fixed. So I'm jumping through all their hoops in order to bring them to the same conclusion. It's just a pain in the * and I don't mind being blunt that this is my perspective while jumping through the hoops.

There's also part of me that feels like there is no hope of the problem being passed along to anyone that can actually correct the problem and that they will just keep finding new ways to point at the problem being with my computer. I'll verify the ram with different ram. Then it will be the memory controller on the cpu, then the gpu, then the mobo, then my ssd, then my psu, then my display port cable, then my internet connection, then my refrigerator, then the kitchen sink. It will just never end.
