@Google_eyes1I wrote it above you have to downclock ur p-cores from x55 to x54 either with the xtu intel utility software or manually via BIOS.
I didn't RMA anything and my MOBO is perfect, i fixed the issue completely on my part and friends by downlocking the pcores to x54 and all the dx12 and UE5 issues with compiling shaders dissapeared alongside with the "out of memory video" CTD's.
It's a problem that affects older and newer batches of i9 13900k and the new 14900k aswell and if you RMA you are back to square one after 2-3 months of usage people have already reported this and this subject is widespread all over reddit / steam / gamefaqs / overclockers forums etc.

^ Battlefield 2042 suffers from this too.
Remnant 2 , Lords of the Fallen , The Finals from steam basically all the new UE5 / dx12 games.
When the game devs post about these kind of issues and make such recommendations you kinda start understanding that the intel hardware is the issue and has nothing to do on users-end.
Judging by your tag you own ryzen and haven't dealt with this issue but I did my part and I spread the awarness and helped a lot of people.
This issue will spread like wildfire when more dx12/UE5 games launch for these chips.
Luckily it's easy to DYI 🙂 gl
Thavk You! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
