i am also getting this error, windows 11 fully updated with latest drivers 9900k 4.7 32gig ram 3600 cl14 and rtx4080, crashes with ultra setting sometimes crashes with high settings stable at medium settings.

@RockaFeller its seems that if ya underclock your gpu Mhz by 100/200Mhz and play all settings at high , no ultra settings (fov not bigger the 70) could solve your problem ! Also something with disable HDR could help.
Test game and update us please.
