@EA_Atic Have you gotten other reports on this issue? Just crashed again 5 minutes ago. Seems to be an every 2 or 3 game issue for me. 150mhz underclock doesn't fix my issue and all graphics settings are on low now. Makes the game super hard to continue playing when I get completely dumped out of the game and having to do a full restart and having it shut off all my desktop audio.
3 games tonight, all 3 games had a crash. All low settings, 200mhz underclock on the GPU, nothing running in the background other than discord.
I'm extremely tired of this and nothing in the way of any acknowledgement when other people are having the same total game breaking issue.
I would deal with 3x mouse glitches or general in game bugs than deal with something that crashes my computer like this.
Super unfortunate especially when this is my #1 game at the moment to play over COD, Tarkov, or pretty much any other FPS on the market right now but this issue is absolutely unbearable when I cannot even get 10 minutes into a Conquest game without it dumpstering itself and losing all progress for any match I play.
Those crashes are since day1 you got BF2042 ? -- A: No, I had similar crashes first month of release of 2042 and never had them after one of the updates. Only started occurring again in Season 3. Had no issues when playing Season 2.
You did troubleshoot all Display settings in Game ? -- A: Yes, tried changing every setting (textures especially) and now run the game on complete low fullscreen only and still crash.
Tried a cleanboot ? -- A: Yes
Repaired/verified game files ? -- A: Yes
Only start Gameplatform (as an administrator) you did buy BF2042 at ? -- A: Done and still crash. I did everything in the previous major thread about this issue.
Did a windows health check? -- A: Yes
Disconnected all hardware , except you keep onle 1 mouse, 1 keyboard and 1 headset connected (disconnect when pc is shutdown). -- A: Should not change anything as multiple people including people I know on completely different hardware setups are getting the same exact issue.
Your system drivers are all up to date ? -- A: Yes
Tried older GPU drivers (how did ya delete old drivers) ? -- A: Multiple driver releases since seeing this issue in S3. Will try but i'm wanting to avoid using the gpu driver uninstaller as my computer does not have integrated graphics incase something goes wrong. (i9-10900KF)
Mind you that this crash ONLY occurs on BF2042 and no other game. Stress tests are fine. CPU not overclocked. Everything is stable on every other game and multiple people other than myself are having the issue. I can only troubleshoot so much to play one game when I do not see this come up in any other game I play. It is a BF2042 specific problem, not a hardware or personal problem.
