DirectX function "m_swapChain->ResizeBuffers" error and random crashes

Hello. I've bought this game and i cant even get to enjoy it, when it works its the best game i have played but i keep getting random crashes, sometimes on start, sometimes 5 minutes in to the gam...

    Ill try it, is it possible to just disable EA overlay and keep other overlays? i need to have them on and i dont use EA's at all.

    Same goes for "closing other running applications"
