Bro, are you able to fix the issue? I am asking because i have fix mine but not sure if you are willing to use and try this method.
What I did was that I did a reset on my PC because I was guessing that there are too many registry on my computer due to time to time update.
If you are going to do it, remember to back up all the important file that you need to store before doing a pc reset.
Anyway it is coming to a new year so maybe consider it as PC cleaning.😃
Bro, my computer was bought a couple months ago and I reset it a few days before this post.
A possible fix was underclocking deluxe. In im playing at like 800mhz on my gpu. I've been able to play 2 games so far.

What program did you use to underclock the gpu? how'd you do it?
Since I have an AMD gpu I use the AMD Software: adrenalin edition. There you can select the clock of your GPU and CPU per game basis.
Im on the phone and cant exactly remember how you go about it, but Google might help you.
@HornetDaz XTU Intel software but if you own an asus or msi mobo the startup settings won't stick and you will have to default to underclocking from BIOS.
now i had this error for the first time a few weeks back after i got my new graphics card. It seems one of these a GPU problem or a PSU problem.
1. your GPU is not getting enough power going to it. ( A PSU on its way out)
2. Your GPU is on its way out
Mine was a faulty graphics card.
