Sorry mate there is no fix, does it kick you back to home screen? there are a few xbox posts with same issue and EA dont care.
I haven't found a solution yet, but it seems the servers with the larger and more open up maps struggle for me more than usual, because me and my friend has played tdm and it worked fine, all be it a slight struggle for some reason. Maybe it was my wifi, but I doubt it since when I played alone and later again with my friend, it didn't have the same issue.
