Disconnects without error

Hello,

The former thread was closed, so I'm opening a new one as the solutions posted did not fix my issue.

I have frequent disconnects from servers, getting back to lobby without any error message.
This happens on every game mod, but sometimes I'm able to play continously.

I believe that it depends on which server I connect to, as sometimes it just works, but most of the time I get disconnects.

This is particularly annoying when playing Hazard Zone as all the credit I use to purchase gear is gone because of the disconnects, and there is no way of joining back in.

I have tried to check for integrity of the files, but comes back as all files validated.

My connection is consistent as I have ping runnning towards 8.8.8.8 in the backround continously.

What other steps can I do?

    @ZapFriedJep me also , just once for now, but game did quit without error back to desktop !

    2X MORE CRASHES BTD !

    @ZapFried try this to check if it solves your issue.

    SFC - Windows Health Check

    Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
    Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
    When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
    Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
    (make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):

    sfc /scannow
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    reboot computer and test game again, update us please.

    I was having the same issue as @ZapFried
    I did the Windows health check as you described and I managed 2 full games afterwards. Hope it sticks.

    @ZapFried I did a lot of bug/technical tests at my systems. To help others and my self incase of issues. If this solved your issues , please set topic as solved, so others could use advantage of it to !

    @Murray667 Yeah good to read you got issues solved 😉
    It seems windows (update) does get some errors for "unknown reasons" , probarly updates related !!!

    Unfortunately this problem has now began reoccurring again for me.
    I did the Windows update clean again, and this time it found no errors and it still kicks me out after a few minutes of being in an actual match.
    I've edited the attached video (inside the RAR file) down to the last 41 seconds before the drop, but from booting the game up, collecting the Radios for the EE on Kaleidoscope to this point is between 8 and 9 minutes.

    The match previous to this I was in the round for literally 5 seconds then it timed me out!

    This is happening in regular matches too, not just portal.

    I've given the .exe it admin rights, I've given EA APP admin rights, I've opened ports in my router, I'm at a loss.

    Anybody got any more ideas?

    @Murray667 Hey Murray, Ive removed the tagged solution to get more attention here. Sounds like the same problem yes, there must be a way of logging what happens when leaving the server? Isnt there any logfiles? or possibilty to start logging actions.
