Discord Sounds Disabled During BF2042

When I  am running Discord and then launch BF2042, my audio in DISCORD shuts off frequently. I have to toggle out to DISCORD, leave the channel I am in an rejoin it. Play tons of other games and this...

usually the discord sounds always worked for me but since today it doesn't ping anymore (or whatever that winter-themed sound is now)...

No settings changed or anything...

      @EA_Atic Has this been resolved it is still Happening. No special software installed. Mic works for the first few games. until I restart the game entirely it doesn't work.

        Ok, I've never used the EA answers board so sorry if I'm not supposed to reply to you, Virtual. 

        Just wanted to ask - why is this marked as "solved" when it very clearly isn't? I'm having the issue in BF1 as well as BF2042 and I can't find any way to fix it. @EA_Atic Any help here?

    Hi that has not worked for me, I do not have that software installed.

    Just cuts out randomly in battlefield 2042....

    Works in other games like Splitgate for example....
