Hi @SkyHawk1137,
I've spoken with a few people recently who mentioned there was a TV setting that helped fix this. It might vary depending on the brand of the TV, but check to see if there's any sort of settings in the TV picture menu that may help fit it to the screen.
I have checked the TV settings, and adjusted them. They have not fixed the aforementioned issue, but have improved picture quality. If there is another way to fix this, please notify me. I would love to see how much ammo I have and such. It almost makes the game unplayable.

Just to confirm, have you double-checked the resolution settings on your PS4 to make sure they're set correctly to match your TV as well?
I have, yes.

Hmm, gotcha. Have you tried testing it with any other displays to see if the same thing is happening? I'm really curious if it happens on other screens.
It does. It does this on a 1080 p monitor as well. I have tried it on a 4k TV and it wasn't compatible.
