Double Charged for BF Coins due to in-game error message

Question

So I used the in game purchase options that sent me to steam which I used to load my wallet and authorize purchase... I then got a message in BF saying that transaction was CANCELLED due to error.. So I tried again and then gave up.. The next day when I booted up I had 2 charges.

I looked on steam, they said to get with publisher (EA)

Talked to EA and they told me to get with Steam...

Anyone have a fix or a suggestion?

@iEastwoodWhatever you do don't do a charge back they will shut down your entire account!Try https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/Go through until you get to live support.Good luck

Yea they don't like us getting our money back!I got to live chat messaging and they said I had to go through steam... Which seems like BS
