Dozer Skin Problem

Hello, I have a problem with unlocking a Dozer Skin. I got 83/80 kills, and that skin is still locked ☹️ What can I do with this? Here are some screenshots:

    Hello, after 101 shield kills it is sudenly unlocked!

Sorry for another message but this problem irritates me still.
A few shield kills more and nothing changes ☹️
