Summarize your bug Players able to shoot straight through Dozer's Ballistic Shield while inside elevator, while facing directly towards each other, and on the same angle - like a shield isn't being used. A player shouldn't be able to shoot through a special riot shield and kill you after 1.5 seconds. It would be different if they were at an angle to shoot directly above you, beside you, or behind you - not directly in front of you at eye level.

What happens when the bug occurs? While using the Ballistic Shield while inside an elevator
What should be happening instead? You should be able to have your Ballistic Shield out to protect you and your team from multiple incoming fire from the enemy team instead of them being able to kill you like you're not even using a shield.
