This is happening to me, too. I keep having to leave the match and start a new one because my vehicle camera gets stuck underground. It applies to every vehicle, as well as Lis's TV missile.
As one example of how to reproduce this, try the following. Start a solo match, spawn in Draugr, fly in first-person view, and crash into the ground. The next time you spawn into a vehicle, enter into a vehicle as infantry, or use Lis's gadget, notice that your camera view is underneath the map and won't fix itself until the next match. This method of recreating the problem works roughly 90% of the time for me.
