If you crash and die in an aircraft, if you revive with a vehicle, the viewpoint will be fixed underground.
This is happening to me still. Started when the DraugR was introduced. I really enjoy playing solo and flying, but as soon as you crash, you have to leave the game and start a new game to fly. I wish EA/Dice would at least recognize this issue and give some sort of fix or suggestion. It's pretty frustrating when the game was fine prior to the last big update.
