Dropped out of the game

Hello Sir,

I haven't play in 5 months .. Because , when open the game, I get kicked out of the game in an average of 1 min. without any warning error.

I deleted to game and install again , but not solved.

at first I was able to run it after closing a lot of lines in task manager. but now it doesn't work when I do that either.

  • post dxdiag please.
Also check what ya all got running in the background.

A "cleanboot" could help ya to start the game each time.

There is probarly some background tasks/processes that chew up some pc resources/performance thats needed for the game !

    Cheers

Press Windows + R, type  DXDIAG, and press Enter.
Click ok and wait till its done. Now select SAVE ALL INFORMATION.
It will generate a TXT file, save this file and post it in here

    cleanboot

reboot pc by a clean boot:

Hide all Microsoft services, DISABLE (uncheck) ALL other processes, apps and services !

Cleanboot is just a one time clean boot ! Next reboot all will be reset and a normal boot will be occure.
Use msconfig to disable apps permanent each for new reboot.
    - In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    - On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    - On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    - Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    - Close Task Manager.
    - On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

    - Test game

    cheers
