Duals sense not recognized on EA launcher

Summarize your bug My dual sense used to be compatible with the ea launcher, however around oktober all the buttons were remapped and the dualsense was recognized as a xbox controller. Further more all the buttons are remapped L2 is confirm, triangle and cross are up and down on the D-pad. I have connected the wire with and without the cable. I have connected it through bluetooth, disconnected all other usb devices. Uninstalled all unnecessary game controller devices, i have basically tried every tip on the internet. Offcourse it works through steam, but the bug occurred when i had no 3rd party software. The problem only exists with the ea launcher all other games recognize the dual sense straight away. This is a known problem with the EA launcher. I am begging someone from EA to please help me, i can not contact you in any way shape or from and i will be very thankful if someone could please help me. This is very known problem/ bug that has been around for years. The should be an easy fix in the settings files, however i do not know which one i should modify. KR Sinizsta Futhermore i would like to assist in any way shape or form to resolve this

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Connect a dual sense on multiple pc's and start the launcher and try battlefield 2042, need for speed, fifa or burnout paradise.
What happens when the bug occurs? All buttons are remaped and show xbox buttons.
What should be happening instead? It should recognize the dual sense straight away
