How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enable Dynamic Resolution while in Borderless Fullscreen mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Dynamic Resolution does not go past 60fps
What should be happening instead? Dynamic Resolution should go all the way to screen refresh rate if refresh rate setting if set to full
When in Borderless Fullscreen mode, Dynamic Resolution will only make the game go up to 60 fps even if refresh rate is set to full. For reference, I have a 90 hz monitor.
When set to Fullscreen, Dynamic Resolution works properly, lowering the resolution to get all the way up to my screen's refresh rate of 90hz.
