I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with playing the game I purchased. I've taken a series of steps to address the problem, but unfortunately, the issue persists, and I am unable to enjoy the game.
Here are the steps I have undertaken:
[X] Verified Integrity of Game in Steam (Bc I bought game from Steam)
[X] Reinstalled EA Desktop App with full clean unistall (used Revo Uninstaller)
[X] Updated EA Anticheat using EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe AND EAAntiCheat.Installer.Tool.exe
[X] Repaired EA Anticheat using EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe AND EAAntiCheat.Installer.Tool.exe
[X] Deleted whole Temp folder with (Dism++, Windows Disk CleanUp Tool, CCleaner)
[X] Updated Drivers, Reinstalled Nvidia Drivers (Clean Install)
[X] Windows System File Check (sfc /scannow) and (DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image Scan/Restore/Update)
[X] Windows Updates Checked.
[X] Registery Entities Restored, Repaired, Cleaned with CCleaner
[X] Reinstalled Steam and Battlefield 2042
It's important to note that this issue began on yesterday, and there were no problems before that. I am deeply disappointed as I paid for this game and am currently unable to access it. Despite all the efforts mentioned above, the problems persist.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to help resolve this matter. It is disheartening to be unable to enjoy something I have invested in.
