EA App Error Code EC:10005

Hello all,
We've observed a sudden influx of reports regarding the Error Code EC:10005 in EA app.
Usually, network troubleshooting steps can rectify this error, as indicated here. However, for some users, these steps don't seem to be effective. Consequently, to facilitate a potential escalation of this issue to the relevant teams, we kindly request that you follow the below steps and share certain information with us, if feasible.
To start with, check if there's an update available for the EA app. You can manually initiate this check by following the steps in the following guide: [GUIDE] How to update the EA app.
If you have updated to the most recent version, which currently is 13.63.0.5576, and the error persists when you attempt to sign into your EA account via the EA app, please provide us with:
An EA app Error Reporter ID: Generate this ID by following the steps outlined here and share the ID with us in this thread.
EA app Logs: Copy and paste this 'url' into your Windows Explorer window: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs. Choose all files, and copy, and paste them into a folder on your desktop.
Repeat this with files located in %ProgramData%\EA Desktop\Logs, ensuring separate folders for each set of files.
Once completed, please generate a .rar file of the two folders and attach it to your post here in the thread, along with the EA app Error Reporter ID.
Once we receive this information, we can forward it to our teams for a deeper investigation.
