EA App Isint going into Full Screen Mode.

hi

when i open the EA App on my pc, it pops out, but the "close, minimise and maximise" button are not in view, and i cant see the side bar.

i added what i see when i open, and in red is what is supposed to be there, but isint.

i dont know if i clarified this properly, but i cannot move the window at all to access the buttons, and i click stuff, so its not frozen, i just can see everything..

help!
