EA Easy Anti Cheat troubleshooting

Like many, I have a lot of trouble with the new EA Easy Anti Cheat engine update, after Season 6 update.

I am experiencing a lot of issues with sound and keyboard / mouse input. After a few minutes, playing a match, I lose audio and begin experiencing mouse lag or I lose all input / control (you can still see the match playing on screen).

I suspect that EAC engine is blocking my USB Hub, where I have my peripherals connected (Laptop user).

I have seen a lot of topics talking about it, with a lot of different solution, but nothing “official”.

Is there a way to check what is the EAC engine is blocking or a log you can read?

Is there an EAC tool, so you can scan your system for any conflict?

EAC Easy Anti-Cheat is no longer used? It has been replaced by EA Anti-Cheat. You can go into the game folder and find EA Anti-Cheat double click the folder, uninstall and reinstall from there. That is the only tool we have.

    Hope this helps.
  • How unfortunate.

With the pain of my heart, I guess no more Battlefield 2042 for me.

The new EA Anti-Cheat engine just lock my laptop (no input from USB keyboard, build in keyboard, USB mouse or touchpad) and I had to power cycle to recover. This had given me two BSOD so far.

I just played CoD MW2 (Ricochet Anti-Cheat) and BattleBit Remastered (Easy Anti-Cheat) and I didn’t have any issues at all.
