Summarize your bug EA ID name change abuse and console players do not stay blocked or muted in game after log out.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Method 1. Use an Xbox or PlayStation console, be blocked in game by a PC user, log out and back in another time and you will no longer be blocked or muted in game by that same PC user. Method 2. Be blocked by a player in game, log out, Change your EA ID name and log back in and you are no longer blocked by that player.
What happens when the bug occurs? Blocked players are allowed to join your squads, use in game voice chat, and use in game text chat in ALL game modes.
What should be happening instead? Blocked players should stay100% blocked.

Players are actively abusing the EA ID name change abilities to stat pad for friends, cheat, harass players, and circumvent player reports.

 Please put the EA ID name change ability behind a paywall or put it on a 30-to-60-day cooldown timer before a player can rename again. Groups of organized, cheating, and abusive players are ruining gameplay then renaming accounts to do it all over again on another day. They don’t play the game for competition or fun, they play for malicious gameplay, to stat assist friends, harass/grief players, and to cheat/ruin/break the gameplay for everyone else on the server.  Being forced into matchmaking squads with the same harassing players sporting new names over and over is not a fun experience for anyone. To add to the problem, console players that are added to a block list do not currently stay muted or blocked once a PC player logs out of game.
