Xaldafax SpartanMozi Steeve_BF GUYS GUYS GUYS.
I managed to play BF2042 for 1,5 hour without any BSOD and crash. That is the first time that happened.
What i did? I INSTALLED WINDOWS 25H2 update!!! I know it is not released yet, but i joined the Insider Preview and installed it. I don't know ifthe actual update played a role or if during this update some things were "reset" in windows, but IT WORKED!!!
Looks like your crashes were probably because Windows wasn’t fully updated, doing a normal full Windows update should fix it without needing any test builds. Wouldn’t hurt to run an sfc /scannow after installing the normal Windows, just to rule out any leftover issues. You should run a quick memory test too, just to make sure your RAM isn’t causing any weird crashes.

IamSharkx It is a possibility buyt a remote one cause i keep my windows updated cause of flight simming requirements. Mem is ok....
It is something else, i am running all the programs that EA says you shouldn't run with EAAC and everything is fine. Also the 25H2 update seems straight forward and is not a full update. It si a big one but not like you reinstall windows.

Okay, well I'd recommend running an sfc /scannow and verifying the integrity of your game files, and you should be good. At this point, if it still crashes, it’s probably some rare system or driver issue, but most of the usual stuff’s already cleared. Let me know if you find any corrupt files or if you still get crashes.
