Ea play rewards are missing (again)

I bought ea play for battlefield 2042 and for the 2nd time my rewards are not here. I already report that since 3 weeks but your support don't do anything and say me to wait 1 week. It's a shame to s...

@Redeco17 Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

 

Power cycle the PlayStation console

  1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
  2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
  3. Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

To see if it can help with re triggering of the rewards.

@EA_Atic I did everything you said. I cleared the cache and rebuilt the database. I mean I got my twitch prime rewards a few days ago no problem yet it’s been 3 weeks and looks like I’m just missing out on the content I paid for which really sucks honestly.

    I assume you have the sub on your account? I just want to be sure what's your gamertag that has the EA Play sub? @Redeco17

      @EA_Atic My gamertag is Redeco, the sub was done on my account through the store on the console. Didn’t receive my rewards for February either.
