EA Play Rewards Missing

My EA Play rewards have been missing for a few months. I have had an unbroken subscription since the launch of 2042, and I believe I am missing several items. One item is the "Ravine" cosmetic for Paik,

Can you elaborate on how the "Contact Us" flow is supposed to help? Because after answering a few questions about my printing, it leads to a page with unhelpful steps about "finding"missing content for other games, asking with an unclickable, vague suggestion to contact an advisor. How does one contact an advisor?
By the way, the only other flow in the Contract Us form is the email button, which is broken, and there is no email link.
