EA servers are really bad, I get these latency issues a lot of times and its getting boring already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since you are the only person posting this (and steam) have you considered the possibility that it's your ISP cheaping out on proper routing? Do a tracert to the server ip and report back the results. Will see if it's the way there or reverse.
I don't have problems myself with EA official servers, just finding the players, everyones in portal, but we are in different regions and ISP's.
Will get you further to sorting your issue doing this.
Also, what connection are you on, as that's a bit of jitter for a hardwired (ethernet) connection. Wireless tend to often (especially when using an AP) spike and be really inconsistent.
I have the same issues and my network is good.
This problem was present in every battlefield game I've had, but this one takes the cake.
122ms pint to california, 42 to london, but on the official servers it goes literally everywhere from 40-1200ms.
In the first two months my connection was really good, but now It plays in slow motion with constant teleportations and no hit markers.
Literally unplayable.
Worst servers out of every game I've played EVER.
