Easy Anti-Cheat breaks every time BF2042 updates

With every patch or update for BF2042, my game breaks!  I've done the usual steps:  Repair from Origin (also tried installing from EA Play) Repaired EAC via their tool Uninstalled EAC and reins...

I am having this exact issue since the latest update and I am on windows 10. 

ryzen 5800x

evga 3080 ti

game was running fine before last update.
