maybe the HidHide program might work for you since you have a PS4 controller. you can install it from the DS4windows settings menu. sometimes windows thinks there are 2 controllers plugged in so it messes up the contollers. hidhide will hide one of the 2 controllers so it only shows 1 which might fix your issue. Now i'm not certain about this but could be worth a shot. i have a PS3 controller so i think i do need Ds4windows to be running.
@Neodroid17 Probarly anti cheat is checking the running services and will detect ds4windows ervices run in the background.
