EBLC-RAM isn't fully repairing after some EMP grenades

As the title states, there are times when the EBLC-RAM isn't fully healing/repairing after certain attacks. The flames on the back remain, and the movement/speed is gimped.  I've tried multiple in...

Same issues here.

When this happens to MAV, it gets immobilized permanently. Repairs to full life don't help.

Same bug applies to battle tanks (turret is slow, the flames on the back remain, movement/speed is gimped) no matter how many times you repair them back to full health.
