EBLC-RAM Unable to unlock

Hi.

I'll get straight to it. So I've been trying to unlock the EBLC-RAM for ages now and the progress bar has not moved. At first I thought maybe I was doing it wrong but I am doing it correctly yet no progress has been made even though I've blown up VTOLS, Tanks etc using MAV/EBAA Wildcat. I have the 80/80 kills but my progress bar is stuck on 341/2,500 damage.
