ec:10607 corrupted saves over and over again.

Been having this issue for a week every time I start the game; this makes me have to reset all my setting every boot.

-Reinstalled the game,

-Reinstalled EA

-Cleared Cache

-Checked the permissions on the docs folder

-Ran as admin

Nothing helps, any suggestions?
