Emergency: Easy Anti Cheat licenses missing

Just like the title mentioned, I couldn't run the game. The "Licenses" file which supposed to be in "EasyAntiCheat" file is somehow missing. What's worse, no matter how many times I tried to run EAC ...

Finally!!! After I reinstalled my OS and run a few setups, this error is finally no more. What a torture for those previous days for me.

@zhaojinlong4 Yes do what @SKILLD said. Reinstall windows, update and only install steam and BF2042, then test again.
I also think something got broken in your windows. Probarly is your registry messed up.
Tell us what happens after a new updated , clean windows install! I think your system will be faster also again !
