EMP grenade does not work well after 4.0 patch

Hi Bug field 2042, I am suffering EMP grenade bug every day. It doesn't work well after 4.0 patch. I hit exactly the grenade to vehicles but the vehicles was still shooting me. Sometimes,...Ah not s...

@mclapd75 yeah EMP is useless now like you literally have the throw right next to what you want to EMP like it has 0 range
