"Enemies hit with Concussion Grenades" mission not counting

I just got a badge with the concussion grenade for enemies disrupted being ~60. I only started using them because of this mission and the mission has not logged any of the fifteen required enemies hi...

@crumdev where have you done these 15 hits with the grenade? 

In Solo/Coop?

I had done the majority in the recent liquidator event mode then conquest. Battlepass progress can't be earned in solo mode
